What website could I find this on?

I need a site that you can edit your photos online with. The kind of editing I’m referring to is special effects like having a black and white picture with only certain things in color, or where you can put cool texts/graphics on the picture. Stuff like that. I’ve seen tons of these pics around usually on other teens myspace but I can’t figure out where to go to do that.
